Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of this website and set the general basis on which Scaleco provides outbound email services. Individual client engagements are governed by a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

We design, build and run cold-email outreach for construction-sector businesses: list building, copywriting, sending infrastructure, deliverability management and reply handling. Scope, pricing and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.

Outbound results depend on factors outside any agency’s control - your offer, market conditions and recipient behaviour. We don’t guarantee specific reply rates, meetings or revenue unless expressly agreed in a service agreement. Content on this website is provided for information and isn’t professional advice.

We run all campaigns in line with UK GDPR and PECR: business-to- business contact, clear sender identity and a working opt-out on every email. We won’t build or send campaigns that target consumers, use purchased consumer lists, or misrepresent who the sender is - for us or for clients.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Scaleco. Materials we produce for clients (copy, lists, reporting) are licensed or transferred as set out in the relevant service agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
